- 1 lingurita de mustar Dijon
- 100ml apa minerala
- sare si piper
- 3-4 cuburi de gheata
Mod de preparare
Am folosit file de cod de Alaska. L-am filetat si dezosat.

Sos tzatziki
Ca si dressing pentru peste am ales sa fac un sos tzatziki.
Ingrediente
- 1 castravete
- 1 catel de usuroi
- 200gr iaurt grecesc
- 2 linguri ulei de masline extra virgin
- 1 praf de sare si piper.
Mod de preparare
Dam prin razatoare castravetele si catelul de usturoi. Stoarcem bine castravetele de excesul de apa .
Intr-un bol adaugam toate ingredientele si amestecam.
